Project Angel Food presents GET ART, the curated benefit art sale connecting budding and experienced collectors with emerging and established artists in a vibrant atmosphere. GET ART draws a range of influential attendees, many from the entertainment and creative industries, passionate in their support of Project Angel Food and its mission.
Held on Saturday, October 11 at Siren at Orange in West Hollywood.
Approximately 300 to 350 works are typically showcased including photography, paintings, prints and sculpture. Artworks offered at affordable price points ranging from $50 to $500, with a few distinct items available at a higher amount. Proceeds from GET ART help support Project Angel Food in its mission to cook and deliver more than 10,000 free nutritious meals a week to men, women and children struggling with HIV/AIDS, Cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. With more than 1,500 dedicated volunteers, the agency has delivered more than 8 million free meals since its creation in 1989.
The artists reap benefits from the event such as: exposure on event website with name, donated art image, and artist website URL, the artist receives an invitation, plus guest, to GET ART, event invitation and e-blast promotion to 50,000 Project Angel Food donors and friends, and the event is promoted in social media outreach, blogs, calendar listings, and press releases. This is an event that benefits all who participate.
